Larnaca Property Viewing

Morpheus Investments offer viewing trips to potential buyers who wish to inspect the properties before purchasing.

How much does it cost?

£150 per person to be paid to Morpheus Investments Ltd by cheque.

What does it include?

• Return flights from regional airport of your choice, subject to availability
• 2, 3 or 4 nights accommodation
• Airport transfers
• Legal & financial advice
• Personal consultant to look after you during your trip

How do I qualify?

• Have a consultation with a member of our sales team to discuss your budgets & requirements to confirm our developments are suitable for your needs
• Have a discussion to qualify your financial requirements
• Be in a position to proceed with a purchase if you find a property that meets your requirements

Example Itinery

Day 1:

Arrival at Larnaca airport and met by a Morpheus representative and taken to your accommodation. Dependent on the time of arrival an initial tour of the local area may be offered. Dinner at your leisure

Day 2:

You will be taken through Larnaca to the villages of Tersefanou & Kiti to view the golf course site and Morpheus developments locations. You will be shown all the surrounding area and points of interest followed by a trip to a completed Hassapis apartment to show you the quality and finish of the developers properties - after this you will go for lunch in Larnaca - after lunch you will have a number of options including:

• Visit back to the sites
• Visit to the developers offices
• Visit to Medgolf office
• Visit to the solicitors

After your busy day you will have the opportunity to go back to the Hotel to freshen up and then taken for a traditional Cypriot Meze.

Day 3:

On day 3 you will be given the option of what you would like to do - you can revisit anywhere you have been on day 2 and request anything else you want to see that you feel would be useful. If you feel you have already found a suitable property you can complete the paperwork and, in some cases, visit the solicitor to sign the sale contract. Once this has been done you can have the day at leisure or you can opt for one of our suggestions including:

• Visit to the camel park at Mazotos
• Visit to some of the best beaches on the Island
• Trip to the home of Cypriot lace, Lefkara
• Trip to the capital, Nicosia
• Many other options available on request

Day 4:

Meet with your Morpheus representative to discuss any questions or queries you have and finalise the purchase of the property if appropriate, you will then be transported to the airport.

• We don’t believe in pressurising clients to purchase and will ensure you have all information to make an informed decision.
• As members of the AIPP we adhere to a code of conduct which protects you as a purchaser, the basis of this code is outlined below and should help our clients have peace of mind:
  1. Members shall adhere to the highest standards of honesty and professional integrity both in their dealings with the public and in their dealings with each other.
  2. Members shall conduct their affairs with integrity and dignity.
  3. Members shall, in particular, refrain from misleading statements and exaggerated claims in their dealings with sellers, buyers and potential buyers.
  4. Members shall take all possible steps to avoid conflicts of interests and shall decline to deal with any transaction where such conflicts arise.

Terms & Conditions

• Max of 2 adults per inspection trip
• Maximum 4 night trip
• All visits are subject to meeting the qualification criteria
• You must pay the £150 per person to Morpheus Investments Ltd before the trip is confirmed
• If you find a suitable property with Morpheus Investments and choose to purchase, the £150 per person will be refunded
• Once the trip has been confirmed changes of any kind are prohibited
• Accommodation will be chosen by Morpheus Investments and will be either in a Hotel or apartment
