Kiti Apartments Revaluation

Kiti Apartments have been revalued by The Bank of Cyprus and the prices of the properties on the whole development are going to increase by an average of 20% from 1st September.

Morpheus Investments exclusively market Kiti Apartments, in fact they are also known as Morpheus Apartments! However, the prices are set by the property developers – G. Hassapish Holdings Ltd. As the developers have had the properties revalued by the Bank of Cyprus they are increasing the prices by an average 20%.

However, the good news is that the prices will not increase until 1st September 2008 so now is the ideal time to buy one of these luxury properties in Cyprus and instantly achieve a 20% increase in the value of your property.

Property prices in Cyprus have increased steadily over the last 12 months despite the downturn in the UK market. This is due to Cyprus’ relatively emerging market and its unique position in the Mediterranean, close the Persian Gulf which attracts wealthy investors from countries such as the United Arab Emirates.
